For everyone who wants to write an engaging LinkedIn post, email, Facebook ads, business presentation or produce consuming videos:     Do you want to know what's the most critical part of your draft is? Hint: It's not the Headline. The first sentence. Get People to consume your first sentence! What's next? The second sentence.  Are you open for an experience? Invest in your next post or pitch the most of your time in writing the first three sentences. And share your experience with me in my group. When you like to find out more about modern Field Guides "How to win talents on Facebook and increase your market reach by 40%-70%" then I'd love to have you join my group "The Candidates Attraction System" on Facebook: http://bitly.com/2O8tloT Rock your Friday, Ben

Today, I want to target a broad misconception: "You cannot build trust and relationship on Facebook with Automatic Processes." I know that we all get annoyed from marketing emails and ads which are not relevant to us. We get bombarded with emails and can't see the forest for the trees. We overread emails which are essential and emails where we should respond. Therefore we created some kind of trash email address to solve this problem. However, to build a relationship the number one goal is to be relevant for your candidates. --> "Be there now and show them the next step. Be first." Every candidate has three stages in his journey. Sometimes it takes 60 days or longer to move from one stage to the other stage. The first stage is "PAIN": The Candidate wants some desired outcome out of his reach. The second stage is "CHALLENGE": The Candidate is willing to take action, but there are Roadblocks. The third stage is "RESOLUTION": The Candidates reach his desired outcome and is happy. What we do as a consulting agency for our clients is to produce videos for the current Stage the Candidate is in and use Facebook advertising to support him on his journey. We will give him want he need and not use a shotgun to bombard him with ten messages at once.

Hi Recruiter, Thank You! That you are following me. On our Journey, I will share you every piece of marketing strategy I know so that we both can build trustful relationships with our candidates/clients. I am eager to learn new things and model out definite plans to fulfill my mission to help and educate business people who are looking for purpose in life. I suffered a lot back in school. My parents thought that I was lazy, but I wasn't. I never understand why a System is built to fix human weaknesses and not build upon their strength. It took me a long time to find the right path in my life, and I don't want any business women or men to feel visionless. Therefore, my biggest dream is to build a school called "X-Force". A System which supports people who are different. A system which builds upon strength. A System designed for extraordinary people. And I really believe, deep down everyone is extraordinary. I know that your time is valuable so as mine. Therefore, I will post only valuable things with a bigger meaning behind. If you read through a post/message or comment of mine which is not helpful or you, do not understand - how to apply it. Please feel free to remind me and message me. Take Care! Ben

Do you speak the language of your candidates? Read through my post and save yourself much money and valuable time for your next campaign. People in general often assume to know what candidates think, feels and how they talk. Based on this assumptions they plan their attack on the job market. The CEO invest a lot of money in high-qualified marketing guys or other tech-geeks. Only to find out that the campaign is not working as expected. After a while, the person in charge starts blaming the crew and marketing geeks are tweaking the copy. The campaign is on a negative spiral, and the team begins to contain the damage. However, the real problem is way deeper. The foundation was built on false assumptions. The dog on the picture listens carefully to the monkey which starts talking about "How to become a tracker". The dog knows after the first sentence that that is weird. The same way feels the candidate when people assume to know their language. Before starting a new campaign, there are two simple rules which help you save a lot of trouble: - Don't make any Assumption - Ask Best, Ben PS: Next time, I will show you how to build your own "Ask the Candidates Campaign" online.

"Most problems are potential improvements screaming at you" ~Ray Dalio. The more painful the problem, the bigger is the reward. To run successful Facebook campaigns, you need to target urgent problems. When you message resonate with their problems 10 out of 10, then you create a chemical reaction ~ a bond. đź’ĄProblem x Message = Bond It's like the 3 Stages Involved in Falling in Love: Lust, Attraction, Attachment. - Lust The feel of lust is said to be the initial stage of getting involved with love. The mating process is a discrete interrelated process initiating attraction. - Attraction His or her urgency for attracting somebody leads to excitement. The person has no other option but to only think about that specific individual.   - Attachment When a couple passes through the above two stages of love successfully, the time of bonding with each other becomes powerful. Attachment is a bond helping the couple to take their relationship to advanced levels.  (Source: Why We Fall in Love: The Science of Love - examinedexistence)

Listen, Recruiter, Where are you right now? With your business? Private life? Do you feel healthy? Are you overworked, underworked? Are you the leader you want to be? And...who do you want to become in 3 years? With your business? In your private life? With your health? Is there a gap? What is your biggest obstacle at the moment? What are your next steps to shorten the distance of the gap? What are you willing to do to overcome this obstacle? Who is helping you? Which investment are you willing to take to overcome your obstacle? Think about it. This investment in your mind is your vehicle to solve the problem and #closethegap faster and easier than you can. When you help your candidates overcome their obstacles and to dive into a deeper version of themselves - you build trust. If they receive another offer from the other recruitment agency at a later stage of their journey, they will ignore it. #THERULEOFRECIPROCITY

The Middleman Dilemma: Why you should not chill too long in your comfort zone? There are many reasons why clients choose to hire a recruiter instead of using their In-house human resources. The Recruiter knows the employment market better than the HR. The Recruiter is in the marketplace day in and day out. They cast a wider net so to speak. and Speed. However, the recruiter who is hanging out too long in their comfort zone will get overrun sooner or later. As Uber did with the taxi/cab industry. The Recruiter which relies only on traditional processes will not see the massive opportunity which lies in front of him. The Recruiter which uses modern technology and combine it with his unique expertise will catapult himself on top of the foodchain. He will become the authority in his niche. Ask yourself: Who do you want to be? Taxi or Uber? If you want to have my #modernguide to build a trust-building recruiting system to win talents on Facebook and increase your market reach by 40%-70%. Comment below!
